Returns and exchange details
All purchases are final. We only refund for defective or erroneous items sent. We accept returns, but will not pay for return shipping, as our pricing is such that we can't simply return shipping costs for returns unless there was something wrong with the item (which would be our fault). So all purchases are final with exception to defective or erroneous items, returns are fine but no return shipping will be issued.

Customer service is horrible at this shop. I asked for a different colored background on a downloadable print, and they told me to choose my color and then order the download with the correct color in the notes. I did and have heard nothing since. They don’t answer any of my messages. I started this process with them two weeks ago and I still don’t have the print that I want! Update: Seller refunded my purchase and informed me they had an unusually large number of orders and they apologize. I am planning to reorder.
