    We created this Production AND shipping upgrade (separate items) for those who need something quick!
    PRODUCTION (2 day)

    Rather than putting your order in our queue (every new order goes to the bottom of our production queue), we bump it to the top for a 2 day production or less (sometimes same day) time.

    We typically make and ship same day with this upgrade, however it can be delayed depending on if the color selected is readily in stock or if we have to import from either the east or west coast.

    If you need your item before the default expected shipping / production date, please purchase this PRODUCTION upgrade.

    Please note, this is not a SHIPPING upgrade, but a production upgrade in our facilities. If you wanted your item to ship faster, please upgrade your shipping at checkout. If you forgot to upgrade your shipping, please reach out and we can create a custom shipping upgrade link.

    PRODUCTION (3 day or 1 Day - Overnight)

    Separate from our Production upgrade is Shipping upgrades. We typically ship USPS First Class for free on all items. First class can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days, sometimes more depending on USPS and their current number of packages and other issues.

    Priority and Express upgrades are available to make your shipping quick! You can either purchase it here, or at checkout on your order.

    We ship as soon as product is ready, made, and cured (for digital prints). Shipping is what you choose at checkout, please choose and pay for expedited shipping if you need it sooner than our standard First Class 3 to 5 business day shipping.

    Returns & Exchanges

    I gladly accept returns and cancellations

    Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

    Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

    I don't accept exchanges

    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale

    Returns and exchange details

    All purchases are final. We only refund for defective or erroneous items sent. We accept returns, but will not pay for return shipping, as our pricing is such that we can't simply return shipping costs for returns unless there was something wrong with the item (which would be our fault). So all purchases are final with exception to defective or erroneous items, returns are fine but no return shipping will be issued.
